Moreschi- record breaking blades

New year began with great satisfaction: almost 5.000.000 cuts!!

We received a picture by whatsapp from one of our customer that is an important producer in the plumbing industry from Brescia province (Italy). The number of cut was written on the record-breaking blade.

The blade cut mainly OT58 brass, double bars, dimensions from 16 mm diameter to 32 mm diameter, Adige maschine (BLM group).

We had already achieved great results with our blades to cut alloys, but we must share this new satisfaction.

This is not a fortuitous result, but the effect of a research and development project, in collaboration with the maschine manufacturer and the customer, that led us to design and build a bespoke blade according to the customer’s need.

In 2016 we patented the special silent cut design with our M to reduce the vibrations of the blades. The patented cut was copied and the blades sold with lower prices. But we like the challenges and here we are with this brilliant result!
