Our blades for food are especially studied to avoid contamination between the tool and the food cut (for every food and every cutting condition). The materials used are stainless and antibacterial (such as inox) and are used as well in the biomedical.

We also have alternative materials that guarantee the safety use of our blades.

Among our products we can offer blades to cut bread, toast and baguette, both fresh or toasted; these tools can keep the certified features after the sharpening, thanks to the use of high performing materials.
