Our HSS saw blades are used for high performances cuts of ferrous and non ferrous materials: billets, tubes, profiles, bars and other.

= Heat treatment at the hardness of 64/66 HRC
VAP.
= The VAP layer is not a PVD coating but the result of a controlled steam oxidation which produces a layer of black iron oxide (Fe3O4) on the surface of the tool. The hardness of the iron oxide layer reaches 900 HV. The maximum working temperature is 200 °C.
