Made in Steel has ended, but the energy lives on!

Our participation in Made in Steel 2025, one of the leading European trade fairs dedicated to the steel supply chain, has just come to a close.

Three intense and inspiring days filled with meetings, conversations, and new opportunities confirmed just how valuable it is to build genuine connections within our industry.

Our booth, built using recovered materials directly from our own production process, served as a tangible symbol of our commitment to sustainable innovation.

We’re proud to have been selected among the three finalists for the Honorable Mention for Sustainability—a recognition awarded to exhibitors who put sustainability and circular economy values at the heart of their exhibition space.

At the event, we showcased some of our most innovative solutions, including:

Our new PVD coating service for large-diameter blades, up to 1400 mm, designed to deliver higher performance and extended blade life;

The WA and WI blades, made with tungsten carbide (TCT), engineered for efficient cutting of steel and stainless steel;

Our new MoreKey blades, featuring carbide tips applied with an advanced welding technology, allowing for very fine pitches (as tight as 3.2 mm). These blades offer a sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional HSS and disposable blades, ideal for increasing tooth counts;

A 3200 mm diameter blade, the largest ever produced by Moreschi, demonstrating our technical expertise in handling large-scale cutting tools.

The theme of the 2025 edition, The Beauty of Steel, reminded us that steel is not only strong and functional, but also expressive, creative, and full of life.

The fair went beyond business—it was a true celebration of steel as a symbol of technological progress, manufacturing culture, and environmental responsibility.

With photo-taking robots and artistic installations, we saw how steel can thrive in design, technology, and creative experimentation.

Thank you to everyone who visited us.

We’re here to keep the conversation going—ready to exchange ideas and shape new paths together in the world of steel cutting.

Tube Düsseldorf 2024

At TUBE 2024, we had the pleasure of welcoming clients and partners to an alternative booth, built using production scrap materials to highlight our environmental commitment.

Among the services we showcased, InfinityCut stood out as an innovative solution for regenerating disposable blades—allowing us to save approximately 25 tons of raw material per year.

We also introduced a major innovation: PVD coating for blades up to 1400 mm in diameter, designed to enhance performance and extend tool life.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who visited our stand. For us, it’s not just about offering products—it’s about providing expertise and tailored consultation to meet each customer’s unique needs.

Thank you, and see you soon!
